At Bitaffix.io, we build software for banking, insurance and highly regulated large enterprises, where data sovereignty, confidentiality and regulatory compliance are mandatory. This Privacy & Policy page explains how we handle data across our website, SaaS services, and Non‑SaaS (On‑Premise / Self‑Hosted) deployments.
Data Sovereignty First
Bitaffix.io follows a Privacy‑by‑Design and Zero‑Access architecture. For Non‑SaaS / On‑Premise customers, we do not collect, store, process, or monitor any customer data. All data remains entirely within the customer’s own servers and infrastructure. Bitaffix.io has no remote access to customer environments, and any data shared with us occurs only when a customer explicitly provides logs for troubleshooting purposes. This approach ensures full data residency and regulatory control for highly regulated organizations.
Information We Collect
When you contact us via the website or email, or request a demo or commercial discussion, we may collect limited business contact information such as your name, business email address, and company name. This information is used solely for communication and support purposes and is never sold or shared.
For customers using our SaaS (cloud‑hosted) services, we may collect basic account identifiers and service configuration or licensing metadata. We do not access or analyze customer business content beyond what is technically required to operate the service.
If you voluntarily share logs or diagnostics for support, the data is used strictly for issue resolution, access is limited to authorized personnel, and the data is deleted after the support case is closed unless legally required otherwise.
Data Controller & Customer Responsibility
For Non‑SaaS deployments, you act as the Data Controller under applicable laws such as GDPR and UAE PDPL, while Bitaffix.io acts solely as a software provider and not as a data processor. Customers are responsible for security controls, access management, encryption, audit logging, backups, retention, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Confidentiality & Security
Any data shared with Bitaffix.io for support is treated as confidential. Customers are strongly encouraged to redact sensitive or personal information before sharing logs. Bitaffix.io does not sell, reuse, or disclose data to third parties.
Regulatory Alignment
Bitaffix.io aligns its practices with major privacy and data protection frameworks, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), GDPR (EU), and CCPA / CPRA (California). Where we hold personal contact data, users may request access, correction, or deletion.
No Sale of Personal Data
Bitaffix.io does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data for commercial or advertising purposes. We do not monetize personal data, perform behavioral advertising or profiling, or transfer personal data to data brokers.

Bitaffix.io operates as a software provider serving global enterprise customers. Governing law and contractual jurisdiction are defined in customer agreements, and privacy obligations are interpreted in alignment with applicable regulations including UAE PDPL and GDPR.
